Through repeated, embodied visualization, we form new neural pathways, support nervous-system regulation, and strengthen our capacity for clarity, resilience, and inner stability.

 

Each time we consciously evoke supportive feelings such as safety, compassion, or gratitude, we move out of old stress responses and closer to our natural center.

This is why I’m offering these guided practices. Each one is designed to support regulation, integration, and a felt sense of grounding, helping you reconnect with your inner center and natural flow.

When we take full responsibility for how we are and place it back into our own hands, we reclaim our power — the power to manifest the life we wish to live.

The simplest way is through a regular daily practice: a gentle exercise that connects us with our Higher Consciousness and our two Cosmic Parents. Mother Earth represents our Cosmic Mother, and Father Sky — Father Sun — our Cosmic Father. Together, they embody two aspects of our Higher Self: our eternal, realized essence, a safe inner refuge and an inexhaustible source of support, anchoring us in our connection to Source.​

This first practice forms THE FOUNDATION FOR ALL FURTHER WORK: Before releasing limiting patterns and programs, we must first establish a safe inner space — a living source of stability, love, and strength within ourselves.

You can do this practice anytime, as often as feels right for you. It supports grounding and can help revitalize you when you feel tired, uncertain, or unfocused.

Two Ways to Work with the Figure Eight

The Figure Eight is a powerful practice with two distinct applications: we can use it as an in-the-moment boundary support, or as a preparatory practice for deep, permanent healing.

1. In-the-moment boundary support

 

Use the Figure Eight anytime, anywhere when you feel push–pull dynamics, emotional entanglement, loss of personal space, or energetic pressure.

In these moments, the Figure Eight helps you:

  • Reclaim your personal energetic space

  • Dissolve projections, control dynamics, and emotional hooks

  • Step out of manipulation, dominance, or people-pleasing patterns

  • Return to your own center, clarity, and sovereignty

 

Used this way, it brings immediate relief and stabilization, supporting you to respond from presence rather than reaction.

2. Preparatory practice for deep, permanent healing

 

The second use of the Figure Eight is intentional, repeated practice as preparation for a guided cutting-of-ties process carried out in an individual session. This process brings healing to both parties involved, often across lifetimes.

For this purpose, it is recommended to practice:

  • At least 14 days when preparing to release ties with a specific person (it is CRUCIAL to work with one person at a time not to confuse the subconscious!)

  • 30–60 days for deeper work with inherited patterns, trauma, addictions, or internalized belief systems (We should always address these deeper layers together first.)

 

After this preparation, the cutting of non-benevolent ties can be carried out in an individual session — allowing the reordering you’ve initiated to become PERMANENT.

Practiced consistently, the Figure Eight:

  • Returns personal energy to its rightful place

  • Gradually removes inherited projections, entanglements, and role confusion

  • Clears non-benevolent ancestral, relational, and karmic patterns

  • Prepares the system for a permanent shift

Why this work matters

Releasing non-benevolent ties is a key step in:

  • Reclaiming personal sovereignty

  • Freeing yourself from ancestral and upbringing-based limitations

  • Creating relationships that are not shaped by past wounds

  • Listening clearly to the quiet, truthful guidance of your Soul

 

It is especially important to:

  • Heal and release non-benevolent ties with both parents

  • Address unresolved trauma carried from grandparents within the family matrix

  • Energetically release former partners, so new relationships can arise untainted by past pain

 

This work also supports souls who have passed, helping both sides release worldly attachments and allowing grief to soften into integration and peace.

A note for the parents

As parents, it is essential to release non-benevolent ties with our children once they reach sexual maturity.
This supports them in becoming sovereign young adults, free to shape their own path — and prevents unconscious control, projection, or inherited trauma from continuing down the lineage.

This act is not separation from love, but respect for sovereignty.

How to practice

The Figure Eight sends a clear, embodied message to the subconscious.

You may practice it:

  • Mentally or visually

  • By drawing two yellow circles and tracing a light-blue Figure Eight around them

  • By tracing it with your finger

  • Or by physically walking the shape

 

What matters is clarity and intention — the subconscious understands images and embodied signals.

 

In your inner visualization, ensure that:

  • Both circles rest firmly on the ground

  • They are positioned horizontally

  • Each has the diameter of outstretched arms

  • You are only working with ONE person at a time not to confuse the subconscious mind
