All offerings provided by Annika Omkaram are created and delivered with care, integrity, and respect for each individual’s process. Please read the following policy carefully before booking a session or purchasing an offering.
This refund policy applies to clients worldwide and is aligned with applicable consumer protection regulations, including those of the European Union.
Private Sessions
Private sessions are non-refundable once they have taken place. Each session involves dedicated preparation, presence, and energetic commitment.
If you need to reschedule a private session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Requests made within this time frame may not be eligible for rescheduling.
Cancellations or missed sessions made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are considered fulfilled and are not refundable.
Digital Content and Online Offerings
Digital offerings include guided meditations, recordings, downloads, and other online content.
By purchasing digital content, you acknowledge that access to the material is provided immediately and agree that once access has been granted, refunds are not available.
Where applicable under EU consumer law, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that this waives the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once access has been provided.
Workshops, Courses, and Events
Refund and cancellation terms for workshops, courses, or events (online or in person) are specified on the individual offering page. Please review the details related to each offering before completing your purchase.

If you experience a genuine technical issue or believe an error has occurred, you are welcome to get in touch. Each situation is reviewed with care, fairness, and discernment.
